Terrific Tuesday Challenge for Scrappy Mom's!

Hey Everyone!!

I hope that you all had a great weekend and a Happy Easter!  I'm sorry that I've been Totally MIA this past week.  We have been absolutely Swamped at work and I randomly decided to change my craft corner around pretty drastically.  Its taken me forever to organize it and get everything where it needs to be to my liking.  My hubby is also going to be working on some shelves to put within my Expedite to create more space within each cube.  So the organize has been keeping me pretty busy.  I'll be sure to post pictures soon!

Any ways.....Its Terrific Tuesday Challenge time!!!  This weeks challenge was to use the Paisley Cricut Cartridge.  As I've mentioned, my hubby recently let me go on a Major Stampin' Up! shopping spree and I'm still getting around to using everything.  So today, I decided to stray from the card.  I've made a little basket.  You can put candy and little goodies in it.  Its a project that's features within the Ideas & Catalogue book.  So, here is my project.  Hope you all enjoy it!  Also, don't forget to check out my fantastic Scrappy Mom Sister's projects by click on their name in the right sidebar and also join in on the challenge at the Scrappy Mom's Blog (simply click on the Scrappy Mom's Design Team button)

Butterflies & Blogs Birthday Hop

Hey Everyone!!
Welcome to the Butterflies & Blogs Birthday Hop!! You should be arriving from Alina's Blog. If your just starting here, be sure to start at our host Laura's blog. Be sure to go to each blog to check out the great projects!

As you can probably tell from the name and the other projects, we had to create a project with Butterflies incorporated.  I decided to go all out on using my NEW Stampin' Up! products I just got (along with my perfect Scrappy Mom's sentiment stamps) :)  I had a bit of a shopping spree (thanks to the hubby ;)).  So I used my color coach to pick out my color scheme and came up with Elegant Eggplant, Melon Mambo, and River Rock.  Then I came up with the following simple card:

Supplies Used:
*Stampin' Up! Card Stock
*Ek Success Punch
*D'vine Swirls embossing folder (On elegant eggplant strip)
*$1 Store Ribbon
*Stampin' Up! Always Elegant Stamp Set (background stamp)
*Stampin' Up! Simple Friendship Stamp Set (butterflies)

Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak #1

Hey Everyone!!

Scrappy Mom's has done it yet again.....they haven't come out with just 1 new stamp set but 2!! Special Delivery and All in the Family are a MUST have!  Check them out below:

Both stamp sets are perfect for cards, scrapbooks, and various projects!

Today, I decided to use the "All in the Family!" Stamp set. Here is my card below:

Cookies and Milk are the PERFECT combination......they are "So Happy Together!", well at least in my tummy they are :)
The milk carton is from Smiley Card Cartridge and the chocolate chip cookies are from From My Kitchen.  I added glossy accents to the chocolate chips to make them look melted and to the spilled milk.

Hope you guys enjoyed my card! Be sure to check out the great creations made by my Scrappy Mom Sista's by clicking on their name in the right sidebar.  Also, be sure to check out our guest designer for this weeks sneak peaks: Julie from www.cricutchick.blogspot.com
